FTP/DGFT: Merger Mess Disentangled*Foreign Trade Policy/Director General of Foreign Trade

A Company approached us since they were facing difficulties in claiming the export benefits from DGFT pursuant to their merger with another company. We took this assignment with full confidence in getting their entitlements under Export scheme. We approached Policy Relaxation Committee (PRC) for deviation. Based on PRC decision, further approached Customs Department for amendment of shipping bills. Now, the matter is before HC. We are fully confident about the success in this matter. All this happened within a span of 9 months.
Export obligation: Fulfilling Assignment
One of our client companies could not fulfil their Export obligation under duty free import licence. As per our practice of giving top priority to the client, we gave various other options for fulfilment of Export Obligation and finally zeroed down to one of the best and viable option for redemption of their licence. The project was completed in record time and we had yet another happy client.
